Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer shipping?
Shipping is not currently offered. We do deliver to your door within the City of Seattle or you are welcome to coordinate a pick up from us in North Seattle.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the City of Seattle limits. Delivery is free to most zip codes and only $5 otherwise.
I am outside of the City of Seattle. Can I still order from you?
Yes. We have customers in Bellevue, Issaquah, Tukwila, Renton, Lynnwood and beyond who pick up from us. We are located in North Seattle (off Northgate exit from I-5) and will happily help you keep your soda flowing. Send us an email to EmailUs@GetYourFizzy.com in advance of placing the order so we can help you bypass delivery restrictions during the ordering process.
I am trying to order and it says there is a $5 delivery fee
We offer free delivery to most zip codes within the City of Seattle. Delivery is free to zip codes where we have established partnerships with local school PTAs (see Schools ). Delivery is also free to neighborhoods where we have multiple customers. If your zip is not on the list, reach out to your local PTAs and let them know so we can partner with them or tell all your neighbors about our service! Delivery fee will be removed once we have enough of a customer base in your neighborhood.
I have empty CO2 canisters that I am refilling. How do I give you the empties?
Place the empties outside your front door and we will pick them up when we deliver the full ones. If you are behind locked doors in an apartment or a condo complex, you can buzz us into the building, provide us with an access code, meet us, have the concierge give us empties and pick up the full ones on your behalf, or whatever else works. We've done it all before and can get the logistics sorted out. Be sure to add a note to "Delivery Instructions" during the checkout process to expedite the process.
Blue? Pink? Screw In? Quick Connect? Which one do I need?
Ignore the references to the color. Look at the top of the canister. There really are only two types and they are interchangeable across most soda making machine brands (Sodastream, Drinkmate, Aarke, Ninja, Breville, and others). If there is a thread at the top and you have to screw the canister in when putting it into your machine you have the screw in type. If there is no thread and the canister just "pops in" when you are putting it into your machine, you have the quick connect type.
I accidentally purchased the wrong CO2 canister. Can you help?
Glad you asked! Mistakes happen. Not everybody is willing to help (or you are past their return policy). We can help and do exchange those for free. Head over to FREE CO2 Canister Swap
I run out of CO2 at the most inopportune moments. Can you help?

Do you repair soda making machines? Mine is not carbonating properly.
Yes, we've repaired several Sodastream machines for our loyal customers. Lack of proper carbonation is one of the most common failures and can usually be fixed. We do not offer this as a standalone service and do it as a courtesy for free. In return and as a Thank You, some customers have made donations (Super Size Your Donation) . We do not keep any portion of it and pass on 100% of the proceeds to local PTAs. While the repair attempts are not always successful, we will happily try to troubleshoot yours. If we fail, we can offer you a discount on one of the machines we have in stock.
