We generally deliver same day for orders placed earlier in the day. Next day delivery is guaranteed for orders placed later in the day.

To expedite your delivery, especially if you are exchanging empties, please place them somewhere where we can easily access them right away and add a note below in "Order special instructions" letting us know where they are. If you are behind an intercom or a gate and a code is needed to access your property, please add that to the notes as well. 

The more info we have with the order, the quicker we can deliver! 

We will reach out via email if we need additional information for a smooth delivery. Keep an eye on your email for a message from EmailUs@GetYourFizzy.com after you place the order just in case. Some emails get filtered out and land in spam / junk so check that as well.
